Government outsourcing is a hot new topic. Government Outsourcing is a new government service pattern of "Government's Commitment, Directional Commission, Contract Management, and Cash on Assessment ". Through the purchase of public services from social organizations, government will change its old model of self-service, and changes the habit of setting up a new service sector or institute with a new group of people for every new service project, transforming people rising to project supporting, and thus save the cost while improve efficiency.
